Comments on sustainability
The implementation of multi-species meadows is a solution to consider in order to gain fodder autonomy. These meadows combining several grasses and legumes are more resistant to climatic stress and require little or no nitrogen input. Rich in proteins, they also make it possible to limit the purchase of nitrogen concentrates for animal feed.
